To rebrand TCF, we focused on the everyday, not the halcyon day you put the “sold” sign on a Cape Cod in the country with a spit-shined banker alongside. TCF’s upgraded app isn't a big thing, but it is a useful, real-life thing. Real life lends itself to empathetic humor, and humor is disarming, a good thing when advertising a bank. Below, a TV spot and, for current customers, a video introduction to the app.
